Sunday Night Sweat

 
 
I know Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest, but no one said you can’t work out! If you’re like me, working out isn’t usually the most enjoyable activity. There’s a lot of excuses why we “can’t” workout (i.e. homework, work, etc.). None of these are good excuses, though! I know I want to look good in my clothes. No one has to be model-thin to look good in clothes, but I think if you’re toned and fit you will always look good no matter what you’re wearing. Now, there are days when I love running on the treadmill and doing ab exercises for an hour or two, but some days I don’t want to take hours out of my day to do something I enjoy only on occasion. I recently found a work out on Pinterest, though, that takes ten minutes. Yep, only ten minutes out of your day and, boy, does it get you sweating. So, put down the cookie and do this workout! I promise you’ll feel better about yourself afterward. Whenever I don’t want to work out, I always think of a little quote that I also saw on Pinterest that said, “You will regret eating that cookie, but you will never regret running that mile.” Like I said, if you can spare just ten minutes out of your day, I highly recommend this workout. And if it doesn’t get you sweating enough, just do a higher amount of each exercise. Let me know what you guys think if you try it out!

20 Lunges
40 Mountain Climbers
5 Burpees
50 Bicycles

5 Push-ups
40 High Knees
20 Vertical Leg Crunches
