Yesterday, I was forced to pull myself away from my computer screen and actually venture out into the real world. For the past week or so I have been completely attached to the screen watching episode after episode of Revenge. I’ve been hearing everyone talk about the show and how good it is, so I decided to try it for myself. I started watching the first episode when it premiered quite some time ago, but I just couldn’t get into it and ended up not even finishing the episode. However, after hearing everyone rave about it, I decided to try it again. All I have to say is WOW…just, wow! It has quickly become one of my absolute favorite shows. I just finished the first season, and the ending of the last episode literally took my breath away, especially with Florence+The Machine’s “Seven Devils” playing in the background. That song certainly added the perfect touch. Yesterday, I began watching the second season because I’m determined to be caught by the time the next episode airs next Sunday (darn music awards!). The first episode of Season 2 absolutely blew my mind! I’m sure the rest of you “revengers” can relate. 😉 Anyway, none of this has to do with fashion. (Although, I have to say I absolutely adore all of the outfits in the show, especially Ashley’s and Emily’s outfits.) The outfit in this post is basically what I wore to the fashion show on Thursday with the exception of the red pants (we had to wear all black for the show). These pants are one of my favorite pairs. They are beyond comfy and go with almost anything. I hope you’re all having a good weekend! The rest of my weekend will be filled with Emily Thorne, Victoria Grayson, and the rest of the Hamptons.
